Cathédrale de Bamako is part of the Tentative list of Mali in order to qualify for inclusion in the World Heritage List.

The Cathedral of Bamako is a huge church, built in stone in medieval Byzantine romanesque style. It was founded in the 1920s. It is a symbol of the development in Christianity in Mali.
